We want you to love your new jewelry, but if something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your items. Please ensure all pieces are returned in their original packaging and in an unworn condition.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Place your items securely in their original Astrid & Miyu boxes and use the provided shipping label to seal your parcel.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point; be sure to keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
